The moment agents can call tools, someone has to say which tools, for whom, with what log. That buyer is already funded.

Early. €420k, design partners converting. We marked it at cost on purpose.

Closed 2 September 2026. Atrium led the €8m seed at a €28m pre and holds 19.2%. Ione decides what an agent is allowed to do and writes the log a CISO will ask for after something goes wrong. This page is the memo of record. Monitoring lives on the company page, and the mark stays at cost until the first board.

Platform fee. Eleven people. Runway of about 19 months, which was the point of the round size. Design partners include one logo that also buys Lumenstack. We did not underwrite a revenue ramp for 2026.
Already signed. The only remaining instruction is operational: November board agrees the two metrics that would move the mark in March. No follow-on conversation before that.
